How do I place an order?
The ordering process is very simple. Orders are placed on the website in a few steps. You select the desired product, choose the required size, and add it to the cart. Then you click on the cart at the top of the page and follow the instructions. Fill in all required fields and finally click the “Confirm order” button. Instructions for placing an order can also be found on our website.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount. You can order whatever you like, and for all orders over 80 euros, delivery is free. For orders under 80 euros, the shipping cost is 3 euros for Podgorica and 5 euros for any other city in Montenegro.
Is delivery outside Montenegro possible?
No. Delivery is available only within Montenegro.
How can I exchange an item if the size or model does not fit?
If, after receiving the item, you find that it is not suitable and you wish to exchange it for another size or a different item of the same or different price range, you need to contact us by phone at +382 20 624 915 or by email at magnusmotodoo@gmail.com. You must have your invoice with the order number, as well as the code and size of the desired replacement item. When returning the goods, the item must be in proper and unused condition. The item you wish to return or exchange should be delivered or sent to our headquarters in Podgorica, V Proleterske bb. Upon receipt of the product, we will check whether it is functional and undamaged. If it is found that the product has been damaged or improperly used while in the customer’s possession, the exchange will be rejected and the product returned to the customer. Otherwise, we will send the requested replacement item to the customer or hand it over in person.
Who covers the shipping costs for exchanges?
In the case of an exchange, the customer bears the return shipping costs. In case of receiving a defective or damaged item, the customer is exempt from these costs.
What is the deadline for requesting an exchange and how long does the process take?
The exchange procedure can be initiated within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. The exchange process is completed within 15 days from the moment the request is submitted by the customer. NOTE: By confirming the order by clicking the “CONFIRM” button, you agree to the terms of size and product exchange.
What payment options are available?
Payment can currently be made only by bank cards in a single payment at the time of purchase.
What happens if I am not at the address at the time of delivery?
The usual practice is that the courier will call you if you are not found at the address provided during the order process and arrange a new delivery time. If you are still unavailable, the shipment will be returned to us.
How can I know when my order will be delivered?
One day before delivery, you will receive an email at the address provided during ordering informing you that delivery can be expected in the following days. On the day of delivery, the courier will call you to arrange the delivery time. Deliveries in Podgorica, surrounding areas, and the coast are made daily, while deliveries to northern Montenegro are made once a week.
