Used Products

If a purchased and used product is found to be non-compliant in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, please contact us by calling +382 20 624 915 or by e-mail at magnusmotodoo@gmail.com. In order to process your request as efficiently as possible, you must include the following information in your message: name and surname, order number, item code, and a brief description of the problem or damage to the product.

 

In order to process a complaint, the item must be returned to our nearest branch. The deadline for resolving complaints/complaints is 8 days from the date of receipt of the item. We will send a notification of the decision on the complaint to the buyer's e-mail address specified in the order. In the absence of such a request, a copy of the decision will be sent by mail to the home address.

Unused products

If you have received the shipment and after opening it you find that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the data on the invoice are not correct, you need to contact us at +382 20 624 915 or by sending an email to magnusmotodoo@gmail.com, with a description of the problem no later than 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the shipment.

 

The decision on the objection to conformity is made by the responsible person in agreement with the body of the manufacturer of the given item.

 

The deadlines for objections are in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of Montenegro - Article 26. (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 2/2014).

RETURN OF THE PURCHASED ITEM - CANCELLATION AND REPLACEMENT

If you have received the shipment and for any reason you wish to cancel the contract, for items ordered through our online store, there is a period of 14 (fourteen) days, regulated by the Law on Consumer Protection.
If you have ordered multiple items, the period for unilateral termination of the contract is calculated from the moment of receipt of each item separately. In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, you have the right to exchange the ordered item for another or to have your money refunded.

 

After the expiration of the 14-day period from the date of receipt of the shipment, the consumer loses the right to unilateral termination of the contract.

 

In order to exercise the right to return the purchased product, the returned goods must not be damaged or worn out, nor used in outdoor conditions. The consumer has the right to return the item, but if the item has been used in an inadequate manner, i.e. the use of the item exceeded what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product, the consumer is solely responsible for the diminished value of the goods. The returned goods must be returned in their original packaging, with the invoice attached and a completed form for unilateral termination of the contract.

The statement on unilateral termination of the contract takes legal effect from the day it is sent to the trader. In the event of unilateral termination of the contract and replacement of the item, the Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods and the costs of delivering the new item.

 

The Consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods that occurs during handling of the goods, except for the decrease in value necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. The Buyer will be notified by email that Magnus Moto has received the unilateral termination of the contract.

 

If you have decided to make a replacement or to cancel the purchase, you must notify us by calling +382 20 624 915 or by sending an email to magnusmotodoo@gmail.com, in order to receive the necessary instructions regarding the replacement or refund.

 

You can send the purchased product together with the necessary documentation via a courier service of your choice, to the address V Proleterske bb, Podgorica. You cannot exchange/request money for an item you ordered through the web shop on your own initiative in one of the retail outlets, without prior contact and agreement with the operators in the Web Shop.

 

The refund to the buyer who made the payment by credit card will be made to the account from which we received the payment. The paid funds will be sent for return no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, and the final deadline for the funds to be returned to the buyer depends solely on the policy of the bank through which the transaction was made. In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, within 14 days (replacement or refund), the buyer must send the returned item without a specified redemption fee to the courier service of his own choice. In the event of a refund, Magnus Moto will refund only the amount paid for the ordered product, while the delivery costs borne by the buyer will not be reimbursed.

 

NOTE: In order to make it easier for you to determine the appropriate size of the equipment you have chosen, you can find tables on our website with information on the dimensions provided for by the manufacturer's specification. There may be deviations in the stated measurements.

 

The photos of the items published on the Web Shop are given symbolically and in relation to them there is a possibility of differences between the actual product and the photo, which will not affect the specification of the product itself.

COMPLAINTS-COMPLAINTS

RULES ON THE PROCEDURE AND MANNER OF RESOLVING COMPLAINTS-COMPLAINTS THROUGH THE WEBSITE

 

Article 1

With these regulations, the trader regulates the manner, conditions and procedure for resolving consumer complaints (complaints) due to non-conformity of goods ordered via the website www.magnusmoto.me and the trader's authorizations, obligations and responsibilities regarding the exercise of the consumer's right to complaint.

 

Article 2

A consumer, within the meaning of these regulations, is any citizen who purchases products for personal needs via the internet on the website www.magnusmoto.me.

 

Article 3

The trader is liable for non-conformity of goods with the contract within two years from the date of transfer of risk to the consumer.

 

Article 4

The complaint from the paragraph shall be submitted on paper or on some other durable medium accessible to the consumer at the following address - V Proleterske bb, Podgorica.

 

Article 5

When submitting a REQUEST FOR COMPLAINT-COMPLAINMENT, the consumer is obliged to:

-Deliver the claimed item together with the invoice, fiscal receipt or other proof of purchase,
-Deliver a completed complaint form, which can be downloaded here,
-Indicate the reasons for the complaint in the complaint form and offer to resolve it if it is accepted.

 

Article 6

If the delivered goods do not comply with the contract, the consumer has the right to request the trader to eliminate the non-conformity free of charge, by repair or replacement, or to request an appropriate price reduction or to terminate the contract with a refund of the amount paid.

 

Article 7

The validity of the complaint request is determined by the competent commission. The response to the complaint will be sent to the consumer within 8 (eight) days from the date of receipt.

 

Article 8

In the event that the complaint is well-founded and accepted by the trader, the consumer has the right, at his own choice, to:

-Replacement of the purchased product with a defect for a new, correct product or removal of the defect in the product,
-Refund of the amount of the price paid according to the attached invoice or fiscal receipt in the event that removal of the non-conformity is not possible or if it represents a disproportionate burden for the trader.

 

Article 9

The costs necessary for the goods to conform to the contract (costs of labor, materials, collection, and delivery) shall be paid by the trader.

 

Article 10

The consumer may not terminate the contract if the non-conformity of the goods is insignificant.

 

Article 11

These Regulations shall enter into force on the date of their adoption.
